Il Beta Glucano nella dieta per lo svezzamento dei maialini
"Dai risultati si rileva che l'aggiunta di Beta Lievito Glucan alla dieta standard in quantità di 2 kg/t. o quantità di 4 kg/t., porta all'aumento medio di peso giornaliero nell'arco delle prime quattro settimane dall' 11% (Gruppo 2) al 13,8% (Gruppo 3) ; dalla quinta alla sesta settimana si ha un'aumento medio di peso giornaliero dal 6.47% (Gruppo 2), sino al 15,67% (Gruppo3).L'assunzione media giornaliera di alimento rapportata al guadagno medio di peso giornaliero è sino al 10% inferiore (Tab.3). La bibliografia e gli studi su maiali alimentati con lo 0,025% di Beta Glucano, riferiscono dell'esistenza di una complessa interazione che coinvolge l'accrescimento e la resistenza alle infezioni (Streptococcus Suis)".
